IconEducation offers educational consultancy, curriculum development, and teacher training programs to schools across South Africa. All services are delivered in accordance with the scope agreed upon in a signed service agreement or purchase order.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely access to staff and facilities, and any materials necessary for the delivery of services. Failure to do so may result in delays or rescheduling, for which IconEducation is not liable.
All curriculum materials, training guides, and consultancy reports developed by IconEducation remain the intellectual property of IconEducation unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use delivered materials within their institution.
IconEducation shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. IconEducation reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client breaches these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cape Town.
